Welcome to the 2026 Big Sky Country State Fair

Please refer to the Competitors Guide before completing your entries.

If you are less than 18 years of age, you must have your parent/guardian's approval to enter. Completing your entry acknowledges that you have received permission.

We have all new Premiums & Special Awards:1st Place = $7, 2nd Place = $5, 3rd Place = $3, Ribbon Placings to Third Place (if warranted by judge), Premiums are paid at Exhibit Building 1 at Check-Out on July 20. Special Awards may be given if superintendents find donors. We will no longer have Best of Show, Reserved Best of Show in either Adult or Youth.

We will be taking registrations ONLINE (preferred) opening April 1st, 2026, thru July 10th or In-Person at the Fair Office by 5pm July 3rd. There will be NO LATE ENTERIES this year.

Check-In:

Sunday, July 13 12pm-4pm Creative Fine Arts/ Photography/ Quilting/Textiles Only

Monday, July 14 11am-6pm Creative Fine Arts/ Photography/ Quilting/Textiles/Horticulture/Culinary Only

*PLEASE NOTE--Horticulture & Culinary will check in Monday there will be no Tuesday check-ins as we will use that time for judging.
