Registration is required for all 4-H Members and Cloverbuds to exhibit at the fair in the 4-H, Youth, & Other Youth Division.

• Cloverbuds may only enter classes in Department 72, Section ZK - Cloverbud Projects.
• Registration closes at 4:00 p.m. on August 15.
• All horse, dog, shooting sports, and Cloverbud project entries will be approved once verification is made that all project requirements were met.
• NOTE: All exhibitors in a family must be registered before clicking “Continue to Payment”. There is no fee for entries, but the invoice must be submitted for approval.

Cloverbud Mentor Forms, Special Horse Stalling/Trailering Requests, and Style Revue Narration forms are still required to be turned in on paper forms and can be found on our website under “2025 Entry Forms” https://www.canr.msu.edu/st_joseph/4-h/4_h_fair#entry.

Special Considerations forms are also available at the same link under “Club Forms” and will require paper forms to be submitted.

All forms must be returned to the MSU Extension office by the due date on the form.
